Conversations is an analogue photography series from 1999 exploring the interaction between light, movement, and material. In this work, two studio lights face each other, illuminating a sheet of tissue paper. The heat and intensity of the light make the paper move gently, creating subtle shifts, shadows, and textures.

Through this minimalist setup, the series examines light as both subject and language—a visual dialogue of warmth, distance, and the poetic tension between stillness and transformation.
